Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Abuja
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and coordinate complex, multidisciplinary projects with a strong emphasis on disability inclusion. The ideal candidate will possess robust research capabilities, advanced skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and the ability to lead and mentor diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project
Management: Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects, ensuring
efficient delivery and alignment with organizational objectives,
especially in disability inclusion. - Research
Leadership: Conduct and guide research initiatives utilizing both
quantitative and qualitative methodologies to support program strategies
and evidence-based decision-making. - Team
Leadership: Mentor and support teams comprising individuals from
diverse backgrounds and abilities, promoting a collaborative and inclusive
work culture. - Data
Analysis: Employ statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS, R) for
quantitative analysis and tools like NVivo or Dedoose for qualitative data
analysis. - Reporting:
Generate detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate
research insights and project updates to stakeholders. - Stakeholder
Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients, donors, and
partners, ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout project
phases. - Grant
Management: Identify funding opportunities, write compelling grant
proposals, and manage awarded grants to support program objectives.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing high-impact projects and leading research efforts.
- Education: A Master’s degree in social sciences or in a relevant field is required; a Ph.D. is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in quantitative tools (Stata, SPSS, R) and qualitative analysis software (NVivo, Dedoose).
- Exceptional research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proven experience in grant writing and management.
