
Okoye Kosiso Doris
Okoye Kosiso is the Knowledge Management Officer at Data-Lead Africa, where she drives the design and implementation of the organization’s programme learning and knowledge management strategy. With a strong background in data analysis, she has previously worked as a Junior Data Analyst at Data Kliq, the Nigerian Immigration Service, and KPMG.
In her current role, Okoye leads the development of knowledge management tools and contributes to organizational processes for collating and disseminating program knowledge. She plays a crucial role in the evolution of knowledge exchange mechanisms and the development of Data-Lead Africa’s internal programme and policy knowledge library, ensuring comprehensive access and strategic knowledge communications.
Okoye also manages Data-Lead Africa’s data analytics bootcamp, where she coordinates and supports participants, providing them with practical learning experiences. Her skills in data analysis, Excel, Power BI, and SQL are instrumental in her work.
Okoye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Her commitment to fostering knowledge and learning within the organization makes her an invaluable asset to Data-Lead Africa.
