We will take you on a journey through five essential data analytics modules:

1. Qualitative Data Analysis

  • Dive into the world of qualitative data analysis using industry-standard software like Nvivo, Atlas.ti, and QDA Miner. Learn to dissect and interpret data for meaningful insights.

2. Quantitative Data Analysis

  • Explore the quantitative side of data with hands-on experience in STATA, R, and SPSS. Understand statistical methods, modeling, and data manipulation to make informed decisions.

3. Data Storytelling and Visualization

  • Discover the art of data storytelling and visualization. Learn how to use Power BI and Microsoft Excel to convey your data insights effectively to a wide audience.

4. Database Management

  • Gain proficiency in managing databases using SQL. Master the art of structuring, querying, and retrieving data from databases efficiently.

5. Advanced Data Collection

  • Elevate your data collection techniques with Kobo Toolbox, a powerful tool for comprehensive data collection, management, and complex analytics.

None! Whether you’re completely new to the job field or have had some exposure, our Applied Data Analytics Bootcamp is the right program for you.

A career in data analytics allows you the opportunity to specialize, this just means you’ll be focused on in-depth knowledge for an specific industry and your day to day work will revolve around problem solving for that industry. Some common titles can include: Junior Data Analyst, Junior Data Scientist, HR/Payroll Analyst, Finance Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Healthcare Analyst, monitoring and evaluation officer and many more.

This program teaches the open-source programming language, R. R is a great starting point for foundational data analysis, and offers helpful packages for beginners to apply to their projects. We do not cover Python in the curriculum but encourage learners to explore Python after completion if they’d like to continue their learning journey.
